Ingram Micro offers different levels of medical, dental and vision coverage to choose from. Each level of coverage is available from at least three insurance carriers at different costs. Two of the coverage options are eligible for Health Savings Account (HSA) participation.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Ingram Micro offers flexible spending accounts (FSAs), which allow associates to set aside pre-tax dollars annually through payroll deduction for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses.
Ingram Micro provides both full and part-time eligible associates with company-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance at no cost. Eligible associates may purchase additional coverage for themselves, and coverage for eligible dependents at competitive group rates.
Business Travel Accident Insurance
Ingram Micro provides its employees with insurance while traveling on company business equal to a percentage of annual base salary based on the type of loss incurred.
Ingram Micro provides disability benefits to compensate eligible associates during short- or long-term disabilities. Eligible associates have the opportunity to purchase voluntary long-term disability benefits.
401(k) Investment Savings Plan
Ingram Micro offers all associates the opportunity to enroll in the 401(k) Investment Savings Plan. Associates can contribute a percentage of pay on a pre-tax or after-tax basis via payroll deductions and receive a company matching contribution of 50% of the first 5% of eligible earnings you contribute to the plan.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Associates accrue PTO hours to be used for away from work, including vacation and sick days. In addition to PTO, Ingram Micro recognizes a number of national holidays.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Confidential, professional assistance is available to associates and their family members to help with a wide range of work, home, personal and family issues. This company-sponsored benefit provides information, consultation and referral services in such areas as child and elder care, educational planning, and counseling services.
Adoption Assistance Program
Provides associates with up to two weeks of paid leave and some financial assistance to help defray the cost of adoption expenses.
Tuition Reimbursement / Continuing Education
With approval, the program provides eligible associates with financial assistance to expand their capabilities and enhance job productivity through reimbursement for courses toward an undergraduate or graduate degree, as well as personal development training programs.
